The only thing I would suggest is to keep the waiting area stocked with magazines or coffee for customers who might spend some time waiting. What an amazing experience! I recently visited to shop for a new motorcycle, and I was blown away by the level of customer service. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do. They answered all my questions and even encouraged me to test ride a few models. I felt no pressure to buy, which is rare in this industry. The showroom was well-organized, making it easy to compare the different bikes. My only suggestion would be to improve the signage inside, as it could be a bit confusing navigating through the different sections. But overall, I left feeling like I made an informed decision and can't wait to get out on the road with my new bike!
